BDE Registration

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deal Structure Codeption will pay a 40% share of the profit to the BDE for every client they bring and for every project they successfully finalize.
2. Payment Structure Payments to the BDE will depend on the client’s payment schedule:
   • If the client pays 50% in advance, the BDE will receive 50% of their 40% share.
   • If the client pays the full amount, the BDE will receive their full 40% share.
3. Project-Based Partnership This is a partnership agreement only for the projects acquired by the BDE. Other company projects are not included.
4. Client Interaction The BDE must connect clients to Codeption. All communication, relationship management, and follow-ups must be done only through the company’s official platforms or accounts.
5. Confidentiality All client information, credentials, and project-related data are strictly confidential and must not be shared or used outside Codeption.
